ABOUT MTRRO...
The Maine Township Regular Republican Organization has a long and important history in the political scene of Maine Township. Throughout its many years of service MTRRO has helped elect Republican candidates at the local, state and national levels.

MTRRO serves large parts of the cities of Des Plaines and Park Ridge and also includes smaller areas of Niles, Morton Grove and Glenview. Maine Township is roughly bordered by Harlem Avenue, Mount Prospect Road, Devon and Central.

MTRRO is truly the grass roots level of the Republican Party. If you want to make a difference in politics, local, state and national, it all begins right here with MTRRO! In these challenging and important times every responsible citizen who feels the urge to have a say in what happens, in ways more than as a voter, has to start with their local Party.

Here at MTRRO you will have plenty of opportunities to work for and support the candidate of your choice, voice your views and opinions and do something about changing things you disagree with. As a member, volunteer or precinct captain of our organization you will be able to directly support our Grand Old Party!

At our monthly meetings and other events you will be able to hear directly from Republican leaders and candidates who visit us often. You will be able to hear from and meet republican candidates on the campaign trail, share your views and enjoy Republican ideas and camaraderie in an open and friendly environment.

As an organization we are responsible for:
  ■ Welcoming newcomers
  ■ Registering township voters
  ■ Circulating petitions
  ■ Distributing campaign literature
  ■ Distributing yard signs
  ■ Publishing sample ballots
  ■ Furnishing voter lists to precincts
  ■ Recruiting, training, enrolling and assigning election judges
  ■ Providing poll watchers
  ■ Assisting absentee voters
  ■ Providing Election Day transportation
  ■ Strengthening ties with national, state, and county Republican organizations
  ■ Endorsing and supporting Republican candidates for local and state offices

We are always growing and expanding our strong grass roots volunteer network. Please join us today and make a difference for our Republican Party.
